JHPU-III B235 is a PU molding system. It can adjust the ratio of two-component materials in the range of 1:1 to 1:2.
JHPU-III B235 uses a cylinder with the diameter of 125mm as drive and complete the stroke by two Con robs driving the two material-transferring pumps. The two Con robs with graduated holes as scale facilitate elongation and shortening of the pumps? strokes, which realizes the change of two-component materials? ratio. One can choose needed mixture ration within the range by adjusting installing position of the two pumps.
